Hi moms!
Jsut wondering if anyone has started or done the scheduled sleeping for baby?
My baby is 5.5months and he is super cranky at night, so I am trying to get his into a schedule (wake by 7-7:30, sleep by latest 7:30pm) (according to ChatGPT lol, since he’s of the age where a scheduled day is better for him)
Not sure if this will help with his night sleep I haven’t really aced this yet ): since his naps are always short and ruins the whole “ideal schedule to avoid crank night sleep” thing .
Jsut wondering if anyone has any good experience or even if I manage to get him to a certain schedule it won’t work? Need some guidance/ experience lol

Both my boys using the above sleep 11 hiurs on a night one two one 5 months. I honestly swear by the apo

My now 6 month old started sleeping at 7/7:30pm everyday since he was 5months.. it was hard at the beginning but I stuck to it and now he’s so used to it he gets cranky when he’s not asleep at 7:30pm. Playtime, feed, Shower him, turn off all the lights, and soothe him to bed. He wakes at 12am, sometimes 2am if I’m lucky.

Our LO has had a bedtime of 7pm since 12 or 13 weeks? Up most mornings at 5am for a nappy change. Pretty much on his own rhythm for the rest of the day though, bottles are 6am, 9am, 12, 3pm and 6pm. Roughly 2 hour wake window followed by an hour nap, although we dont follow any sort of schedule or app, if he wants to be awake longer then we dont force naps.
