I keep seeing people online saying bounce on a birthing/exercise ball for hours and hours and they say it’s always worked for them. So today I’m bouncing. But but also don’t make yourself tired. You need to be well rested before labour starts. Is it you first? I think it’s more common to go over more with a first. I was 41+5 with my first.
