Diastasis recti

Has anyone successfully sorted their DR? nearly a year on since birth I still have a very bloated looking bulging tummy which I never had before and I find a lot of the exercises on YouTube hard to follow with the breathing exercises. Does anyone have any advice ?

Leaving job on mat leave

Currently on maternity leave - my paid smp time stops today, I plan to hand in my notice next week
Just wondered if anyone else has done this and knows how it works - I assume all holiday I have accrued whilst I have been off and my left overs from last year will all be paid to me, plus bank holidays ?
And will this be paid after my notice period has ended?

How about

If you have someone else in your mind other than your baby's father and if that person was also interested in you. But since you've realized that you were pregnant you had to cut the connectors with him. As that person was very angry with you then he also got his girlfriend pregnant. Since you love your baby so much and she needs her father, would you wait till she's old enough before contacting that guy or just leave it as it is?

Contraception

I’m almost 40 weeks and I’ve been thinking about contraception after I give birth as I really don’t want anymore kids for now but I also don’t want to completely take it out of the picture so having my tubes tied or husband getting a vasectomy is out of question. I’ve been looking at either Copper IUD which I read is non hormonal or an Implant which is hormonal. I’ve read a lot of negatives with the hormonal ones too ie blood clots etc, I’ve never had a contraceptive device before I’ve only ever used condoms, but I would like something else as I really don’t like the feel of condoms. Can anyone please advise on their experiences and which one they think is better. I’m leaning more towards Copper IUD just because it’s non hormonal but I wanted to consider all options. (I cannot trust myself with the pill because I know I’ll either forget or not take it on time)
