Is it really worth selling on?

I think it depends on what you have to sell and your expectations of it. Also how much time you’re willing to invest in it

I wish I'd found it sooner, I started last year and sold loads now nothing and the horror stories I hear about what sellers have to put up with from buyers who are out to get everything for free is just awful!

Over the last 5 years I’ve been on it I’ve sold more than £12,000 worth of stuff and that’s not including eBay or fb market place. Most of that is collectibles I’d built up over the years but it’s always been a really good platform for me and I sell at least a couple of things every single week

Depends what you’re selling. I’ve found the more expensive brands or handmade stuff sells really well, but for a lot of your generic clothing, a lot of people just aren’t interested. I’ve had quite a lot of stuff just sat gathering dust basically.
People typically don’t want to spend a lot (understandably, you’re buying second hand 🤷🏼♀️) so again it depends on what you have to sell as if you list things individually, you’ll get someone buying an item for £1. Which feels a waste of time to be honest. But if you bundle, people don’t always want everything within that bundle so will either ignore it, or message to ask if you can sell one thing separately 🤣
If you have the time and patience, and also the right kind of stuff, then yeah it’s worth it. Otherwise you just end up with loads of stuff sitting about waiting…

Absolutely yes if you have space for a few big shopping bags full of things waiting, give yourself a cut off date of when you’ll donate them instead and just be super realistic with pricing

I sell a lot of stuff for cheap so it sells fairly quick and then use it to buy their next sizes up or bundles for nursery . Most people will bundle as it's so cheap . £1 or £3 soon adds up . I'm on maternity so £10 is still £10. That can buy a few things for my kids
I'm also tryihg yo lose weight so have bought mysrlf a few bits that I don't want to spend loads on
Happy to give you my vinted name if you want a look

I don’t tend to sell anything of high value however I have a lot of people buy bundles. So for clothes that are just sitting round I have made over £200 which doesn’t seem a lot for the effort but it’s £200 I didn’t have before 😅
