Job searching

I am not in the same situation but support clients with this in my line of work. The job market is very difficult at the moment unfortunately and lots of companies do not provide responses, however do you follow up for feedback on your CV, applications, or interviews? Some might still provide no response, but it can be something that helps you to stand out a bit more, prompts companies to respond, and can help you to strengthen your next application or interview based on their feedback if provided.

Sadly you are not alone in this situation as like I said, many companies do not provide any communication or response and the job market has continued to decline and follow this pattern for the last few years now. That being said, you will get something - keep persevering, stay resilient, and don't let it dampen your spirits! (Though I know that is easier said than done...)
