Is it another gimmick? Does it work long term? I'm struggling with bad back ache and I'm at my wits ends

I went to the maternity physio for my first pregnancy and she gave me a Velcro support band which was quite rigid and bulky, but I found the tubygrip band that she gave me so much better and more practical

I've just got the momcozy one and it's not as amazing as what I was told but it's definitely making a slight difference, I've been really struggling with pelvic pain and hip pain and use it to walk and it's helping there but I do still have pain when I take it off x

I found regular pregnancy massages and compression leggings worked wonders. I worked until weeks 37 and 38 and I found the bands did nothing to help back ache, I just stayed mobile (sitting down/laying down did more damage long term) and saw a therapist for tissue massage and posture help.
