4 month old sleeping long

My 4 month old usually falls asleep at 10:30ish and sleeps through the night. Today I took him on a walk it was windy but sunny , he slept a bit in the car and woke up when we got home, had a full bottle and played a bit and then fell asleep at 7:30pm. I thought it would be a nap as he has been having shorter naps recently but it’s now almost midnight and he hasn’t woken up yet, my stress is that he’s in a fleece sweatshirt and leggings and I havent done bedtime or put his sleepsuit on, or changed his nappy since we got home 4.5 hours ago. Should I leave him to be in a deep sleep or should I gently wake him to change and then feed him?

I also think the walk or sun tired him out

We go by the last feed. If its been more than 3 hours from a feed we will slowly start to undress and change our little, then do a feed and usually he falls back to sleep with full belly and sleeps awhile longer.

Sometimes they do that plus he could be going through the 4th month sleep regression soon . I say change his diaper and see how he reacts. That may wake him up . Is he sweating ?

My 4 month old sleeps through the night. I don't wake her for feeds or anything. She sleeps from 8 am until around 5 or 6 then will have a feed. She is gaining more than enough weight etc.

What did you end up doing?

So he started shuffling a bit sucking his thumb and I made sure he wasn’t too hot, and gently woke him up changed him and had a feed and then he soothed himself back to sleep in his crib !

Cleaning up after baby

Okay, so my daughter will eat until full and I'll take her out of her highchair and put her down with her toys and go to sweep up her mess...
Am I the only one with a baby that will speed crawl to where I'm sweeping and try to eat what I'm sweeping up? Like she's 1000% done in the high chair but the second I sweep it up into one pile on the floor she all of a sudden needs everything in that pile and will scream cry when I sweep it into the dust pan? Does anybody else's baby do this??

Sex after birth

I’m 9 weeks postpartum and sex stings rlly bad, I had a natural birth and I know they’ll be damage like my baby was over 10 pounds but i get turned on and once it’s over I’m in pain down there and partly during it too especially when deep in sorry this is explicit but I have a high sex drive so not having sex is tricky for me but then the pain afterwards is quite uncomfortable
