What can I give my 3 year old for snacks other than fruit? At the moment it’s fruit + baby bells but I need new ideas. Preferably things healthy

Carrots, cucumber and breadsticks with hummus. Smoothies. Pitta breads with filling like cheese or ham x

My kids love breadsticks - I get the ones with olive oil as opposed to seed oils. Cheese twists (again without seed oils). Mine love dried fruit too which is handy, they love dried figs and mango. I use Sainsbury’s own little cheddar cheeses instead of baby bells although did use to give them those. Carrot/pepper/cucumber is a hit too. As well as fruits (fresh and dried).
I’ve made protein balls before which they’ve been hit or miss. Sometimes I make banana bread (just an easy blw recipe with blueberries too) and they enjoy that. Tbh though I’m a creature of habit and I don’t mind them snacking on the same things as it’s easy for me 🤷♀️

Rice cakes, crackers with soft cheese on (my boy also likes a bit of marmite on there), breadsticks
Veggies - baby tomatoes, carrots/cucumber/pepper sticks (I sometimes give him yoghurt or hummus to dip it),
My boy also loves malt loafs but not sure if that’s too unhealthy for you x

Have you tried dried nuts? My 4yo is obsessed with almonds. But will also have a peanut, walnut, cashew…!

A little pot of plain Greek yogurt with chia seeds is a big hit for our guy!

Rice cakes, yogurt, veg sticks and dip, malt loaf.

Whatever they can find in the cupboard they can have 😂😂
