Feeling like a failure

Anybody else really struggling at this stage? I’m 26 weeks pregnant and have a nearly 3 year old. Oh my goodness everything is hard. From back pain to patience and feel like a really bad mum. I’m so irritable when I used to have a lot more patience. I struggle on days when hubby is in work. And struggle to get her out the house to entertain her. I feel like I’m failing her. Not really sure what I’m asking for but needed to get off my chest.

I am 28 weeks pregnant with an almost 4 year old and I relate to this a lot. I have SPD so I'm limited with what I can do and for how long. On top of that, I live in VT where weather has been obnoxiously bitter cold or wet, which limits our abilities to get outside. I have great days with patience and then other days I lose it over the littlest things 😩 All this to say, you are not alone.

Breastfeeding

So I see that a lot of moms on here are exclusively breastfeeding and I wanted to know was it hard for you the first little bit and I assume it eventually gets easier and at what point is that? I’m 4 wks pp and some days I feel like I’m getting the hang of it but other days I’m like maybe I should just pump or give formula and nothing wrong with that a few months in I did that with my first. But I really wanna give it a proper shot this time

Please give me all tips and tricks that worked for you sometimes my baby keeps falling asleep at the breast every 4-5 m so I feel like I’m constantly feeding her. Nothing wakes her up not diaper changes, not tickling or applying cold she just wakes up like half an hour later and I’m feeding her again. So for times like that I get so frustrated she’s not getting a full feed at the boob

Anyways just wondering if it ever gets easier, less painful, faster and you become more confident because I’m already 4 weeks and don’t feel that

Diaper bag!

Hi guys, I’m desperately in need of a new nappy bag 🥲I currently use my LV Neverfull and it actually fits everything, but it gets sooo messy everything just ends up on top of each other and I can never find anything quickly. I want the Mina Baie bag but I’m in the UK and shipping takes too long, I need something within a week 💔

Does anyone have recommendations for a cute/aesthetic nappy bag that has a lot of space and has a similar vibe to Mina Baie that’s also practical and comfortable to wear? xx

Vaccination schedule + newborn visits

When did you feel it was actually safe to have visitors or host a small gathering?

My due date is in about a month, and I tried to schedule a first visit with a pediatrician for after my baby boy arrives - but they said it’s too early to book an appointment.

My husband and I are also planning a small naming ceremony with close friends and family about 2 weeks after birth.

I’d love to hear from other moms on this.

What does the vaccination schedule look like for newborns in those first few weeks/months? Would really appreciate any experiences or advice 🤍

So my 5 week old won’t sleep in her crib.. everytime we put her down she will start to cry then eventually scream. She is fed and changed so we are not sure what the issue is… but maybe it’s because she is used to being held? any tips or advice? pls help
