Hello,
How are you girls with sleeping at night? I’m asking mamas whose babies sleeping quite well at night. Let’s say my baby sleeps from 8pm until 4am , eat and then goes back to sleep until 7-7:30am.
I will go sleep at 10pm, wake up at midnight, 2am then 4am to feed , 6am and then waking up together with baby. I just cannot sleep through the night anymore 🙈 I wish I could sleep like my baby 🤣🤣 I’m just waking up for no reason and take me some time to fall asleep again.
I’ve tried some pills to help with sleep, taking magnesium etc but nothing works 🤷♀️
Have anyone been or is in the same situation? Did you do anything that worked on you and could recommend?
To add to this - my baby was always sleeping quite well and started doing longer stretches since 1-2 months old but seems like my baby is improving in terms of sleeping and I’m getting worse 🙈

I swear by this product! Much better and healthier than pills. Slept so well, with a good quality sleep as well. Literally haven't slept that good since before pregnancy! https://www.farmasi.co.uk/dianakopernicka/product-detail/nutriplus-restore?pid=1002444

I could’ve written this myself! My baby (luckily) sleeps well at night but my sleep is soooo much worse! I’m averaging 5hrs broken sleep a night, I wake up on the hour every hour from like 1am onwards and just can’t settle 😣 magnesium doesn’t help, and I can’t take actual sleeping pills as I’m a single parent so I need to be able to wake up if needed. It’s exhausting

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.
Pic so we don’t get lost

Vaginal birth with epidural, born facing up, 8lbs 8oz. My healthy and perfect baby girl. I did get a second degree year and wanted to know how other moms have healed from this and how different my vagina will be after 6 weeks? What has been your guys experience with this.

I have a load of leftover products either unopened or only used once, it seems a shame to throw them away any ideas what I can do with them? I don’t have any friends expecting or likely to get pregnant soon and I guess most places wouldn’t take them as donations? Based in London.

Hi everyone
Sorry about the subject I just want someone to talk to. I’ve been feeling anxious and depressed for a long time but since having my children I just don’t want them to see me sad and worried all the time.
I went to the doctors to discuss this with them and was recommended doing couch to 5k with no other help offered? Is this normal.
I understand exercise can sometimes help but I don’t have the time whatsoever as I have no family to help.
I cried my eyes out to this male doctor who offered a few leaflets and couch to 5k and ended it as that.
I left the room in tears.
I’ve never wanted to burden anyone with my problems so I’ve just kept silent about it ever since but I just want to feel happy again
I’m sorry for the sensitive subject

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop milk leaking? After pumping I’ll put on a nipple pad but it gets soaked up and I leak through my tops/pyjamas.
Does anyone have any nipple pad recommendations? At the moment I’m just using the Boots own make.
