Iv been exclusively BF for 12 months but in the day it feels so draining she’s pulling my top down and just healing herself. I was thinking introducing cows milk day time and doing boob at night but how do I go about it ?

Dont do cows milk. Do kendamil which is goats milk formula/ already made milk as its much better. Kendamil is good but cow and gate, SMA gold etc are bad for your child health. Use kendamil

If your Little one has had bottles before the easiest transition would be to combine milk with your breast milk in a bottle and slowly up the amount of milk and lower the amount of breastmilk gradually, you could always just try a bottle of pure milk as they may like it

Similar boat. But if she just turned one… I realized i needed to make sure she had full access to her sippy cup and also a meal or snack every three hours. Thay helped cut the nursing down. When she would tug id redirect her to drink or eat. Sometimes she would nurse after but not for long.
I recently went and bought goat milk from publix and she rejected it. I may pump some and just have some on sight in case i feel overwhelmed. Or i may try organic grass fed cow milk to help build up her allergens and immunity to it.

At 12 months I wouldn't actually introduce any other milk. During the day replace with water and snacks and just breastfeed at the times that suit you. She doesn't need any alternative milk if she's having a balanced diet and a portion of breast milk ❤️
My LG (2.5) has always been a great sleeper. She still naps during the day, usually for anywhere between 1.5–3 hours, but lately she’s been fighting her naps and they’re getting later and later. But when shes gone, shes sparko!
We’ve had a few days recently where she hasn’t napped at all, and if she’s kept busy, she gets delirious by the end of the day before sleeping from 7pm–6am.
However, if we’re having a quieter day at home or I can’t get out, she might finally nap from 1–3pm. I try not to let her nap that late because it pushes bedtime back to around 10pm, but I also don’t want to keep her awake when she’s clearly exhausted, whinging and in need of sleep.
Does anyone have any tips for gently waking a toddler from a nap so they don’t sleep for so long? Or is it time to drop naps altogether? Alternatively, how can I get her back into the routine of napping from 12–2pm like she used to?
I know she obviously still needs the sleep, but our days are now starting at 5am, and I’m struggling to work out what’s best for her. I'm also aware the clocks go back soon which will fuck me even more. Shes up from 5/6am. She has so much energy and we play from the moment she opens her eyes till bedtime.
For context, I also have a 6-month-old who sleeps amazingly from 8pm–7am. This then means I sort my toddler out and have to wait upstairs until my baby wakes up as transporting her downstairs will wake her unnaturally.

She’s too pushy and I’ve said no endless times. It’ll be very stressful for him. I don’t pump because I don’t like it and my baby doesn’t like bottles. I’m currently trying to break nurse-sleep association. It doesn’t make any sense to attempt a sleepover because it’ll be just stressful for baby and I. I just can’t be asked to keep saying NO. It’s almost harassment. I said it’ll eventually happen once I’m back to work, not while I’m in mat leave as I don’t want to be away from my son yet. How can I approach this in a friendly way? She’s just too much sometimes and I’ve been very friendly and open about the idea, but not about the timing.

Moms that travel; I’m taking my 1 y/o (21months ) on her first trip tomorrow . I’m dreading taking her car seat . What do you normally do if you don’t travel w/ your car seat ? Can you request a driver with one on ride share apps ?

1) how much sleep are you averaging at the moment? (I’m 3 weeks PP currently and baby is feeding every 3 hours, so getting 3 hours max of uninterrupted sleep)
2) are your babies really noisy and wriggly after night feeds but absolutely fine in the day?! If so, any tips please 🙏
3) following on from above really, how long does each feed take? Mine is up from about 1.5 hours from each feed so it’s sooo exhausting as she just won’t settled afterwards and is really wriggly/nosiy
Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong as I’m so tired and if the feeds were a bit quicker at night/could get her back down quicker it’d be so much better then I could actually sleep!
Thanks so much 🥰
