I go back to work on 4/20, I WFH but with my job I have calls all day and I can’t do baby duty and work. My step mom will be taking care of my son while I work which I am so grateful for but the anxious thoughts won’t stop.like what if they get into a car accident, what if she accidentally forgets him in the car, what if he falls or is scared or gets hurt. My brain will not shut off. I’m really struggling but I need my job and I need the help.

Can you speak to your OB and potentially get on a medication that can help? And maybe even get a therapist? I had PPA so, so horribly and I never even realized it. It consumed me for a year and a half.

I believe in the power of prayer and releasing all fear, anxiety, stress to God. You cannot be everywhere all the time. There will always be unforeseen danger but inviting God and his angels into your child’s life will make the world of difference! It wasnt until I put my trust in God that i was able to relax and understand God will always be there to help whatever the issue! And he will protect.
