Guys, I can't sleep. Do we find out school placement tomorrow?

The anxiety is killing me 😅

How do I check it, I didnt get any email and my eadmissions page only shows the applications I made 😔

Avatar

I stayed up until midnight to check lmao. My girl got her first choice! It was the only choice I put too lmao I didn’t want her going anywhere else 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I know that doesn’t make a difference tho, I’m just glad she got it!!

Haven’t received the email yet. 🥲

what happened? Were they all oversubscribed?

Avatar

We were very lucky to get our first choice. 2nd and 3rd were oversubscribed and my 1st just under! It’s a low birth year apparently too but I suppose it’s only relatively to where you’re living

C-Section Mums

Hello mums ❤️

I’m 3 months plus postpartum, and I had my baby through a C-section.

My concern is that my lower tummy is still hanging over my C-section scar. It’s not that I look pregnant, but I have this tummy pouch that is really bothering me.

I’ve spoken to my GP, and they reassured me that everything is fine and that it should improve with time. They also advised me to try some gentle exercises.

Please, mums who experienced this after a C-section, did your tummy eventually go down? What helped you? Are there any safe exercises you would recommend?

I’d really appreciate your experiences and advice. Thank you, mums. ❤️

Cyclizine Hydrochloride

Hi guys! Ive been suffering with really bad sickness even now at 17 weeks. Has anyone tried cyclizine for sickness and were the side effects bad? On the leaflet it does say not suitable for pregnant women but my dr has prescribed this to me

Induction

Induction booked for 40+9 which is 2 days away. I would have preferred to go into labour naturally but baby isn’t even engaged at this point and I’m really really done with being pregnant and uncomfortable.

Looking for success stories of people who have had inductions booked and then gone into labour naturally the day before? 😂

Or just any advice or encouragement as I’m a little disheartened that I probably won’t get my water birth now with being induced as I have read that people struggle with the hormone drip contractions so I am more likely to need/want an epidural or continuous monitoring 😪

Anyone else in the same boat?

I keep seeing posts/tiktoks/instagram reels saying late November babies are being born early like now early and for the last few days my braxton hicks have been terrible. I think I’m also leaking my mucus plug but not sure.

Sweep Success

Had a sweep yesterday at 9:45am, was told I was 1cm dilated and cervix was soft. I’ve since had an increase in mucus, just want to know people’s stories about sweep and their success! I had a bishops score of 4! I have another one booked for Friday 🤞🏼
