Currently 6 weeks pregnant, and breastfeeding and constant nausea. anyone else have issues breastfeeding while pregnant?

Yeah, I had some pain and nausa, i had miscarriage around 10 weeks tho
I was really uncomfortable breastfeeding while pregnant so completely weaned off. She was 14 months when we stopped and I was about 10 weeks pregnant. I had a really bad reaction to folic acid which made me really sick. I couldn't leave the loo most days. So I took multi vits with a smaller dose of folic acid and that really helped the sickness for me

Dream feeding
Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps

Health visitors
Has anyone else told the health visiting team that you dont require them to come and they have still booked appointments anyway. Like its my third child I dont need you to come patronise me! Sorry hormonal rant 😂

Anyone else?
Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?
