7mo. Frequent night wakes at the beginning of night. Short naps unless I extend. Currently on 3 naps WW 2.5/2.5/2.5/2.25 (as the last nap is only 15-20mins).
Wakes every 25mins at beginning night in her cot. Then sleeps mostly fine when bedsharing.
Can't work out if she needs longer WW to get longer naps and better early part of night.

Following this out of interest. If my baby girl has 1-2hour contact naps in the day she tends to only have 2 naps..but if they're just short half hour naps, then it's 3 in a day.

I’d try to make the last wake window longer x

Some of the naps are short though. 3 to 4

Just about to trial moving from three naps a day to two with my little boy (6.5 months old). His naps have been so hit and miss (and sometimes the last one completely refused) over the last few days so going to try two moving forward. Total daytime sleep is consistently around 1h45-2h15 so two nap day we are going to be aiming for wake 0630/0645 (his usual wake up time) then nap 1 0900-0945 and nap 2 1315-1445 with bedtime at 1830 (with wind down/bathtime starting at 1800).

This is what my baby does:
1st happens just around after 2 hours wake window. Sleeps 1.5 hours. The next wake window is between 2.5-3 hours long. He sleeps almost another 1.5 hours. His last wake window is 3.5 hours long. He’s in bed for the night. Maybe 1 wake up, but usually sleeps through the night. We transitioned him into his crib at 6 months from co-sleep and never looked back

So my understanding is the wake windows get longer as time moves on in the day and the last wake window is longest. Also, at this age is a good time to start transitioning to 2 naps a day, especially if that last nap is being fought or is really short. This may mean your baby goes to bed early for now
I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.
Pic so we don’t get lost

Vaginal birth with epidural, born facing up, 8lbs 8oz. My healthy and perfect baby girl. I did get a second degree year and wanted to know how other moms have healed from this and how different my vagina will be after 6 weeks? What has been your guys experience with this.

I have a load of leftover products either unopened or only used once, it seems a shame to throw them away any ideas what I can do with them? I don’t have any friends expecting or likely to get pregnant soon and I guess most places wouldn’t take them as donations? Based in London.

Hi everyone
Sorry about the subject I just want someone to talk to. I’ve been feeling anxious and depressed for a long time but since having my children I just don’t want them to see me sad and worried all the time.
I went to the doctors to discuss this with them and was recommended doing couch to 5k with no other help offered? Is this normal.
I understand exercise can sometimes help but I don’t have the time whatsoever as I have no family to help.
I cried my eyes out to this male doctor who offered a few leaflets and couch to 5k and ended it as that.
I left the room in tears.
I’ve never wanted to burden anyone with my problems so I’ve just kept silent about it ever since but I just want to feel happy again
I’m sorry for the sensitive subject

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop milk leaking? After pumping I’ll put on a nipple pad but it gets soaked up and I leak through my tops/pyjamas.
Does anyone have any nipple pad recommendations? At the moment I’m just using the Boots own make.
