40's is not old. 😊 We may not be young but we are not old yet. We are in the middle of our lives and that is not bad. We are way wiser than when we were twenty. That doesn't make us old. Look at what you like about yourself and accept and with to change if there's something you dont like but you should love and accept yourself at the age you are. One day you'll be 70 or 80 and look back and say I wasnt old at all, I wish I could be 40 again and look like I did at 40.

And work to change what you don't like about yourself. Typo
Everyone should have things they want to improve on and things that they find beautiful and special about themselves. Butv overall you got to say good things about yourself and love yourself. Not saying you don't. I think must of us all have moments were we don't feel as pretty as we once were out wish we were prettier or younger but you should enjoy the age you are now.

And how could you be useless? We all have a special role in life. Help people if you're kids are older and don't need you as much if that's what is bothering you. Volunteer at a homeless shelter, or a church, or at an animal shelter. Make friends with a neighbor that is trying but struggling if you can. I know someone, they are 25 and they come break down my for for money, give me rides for money since I don't drive and they do things guy me to help me out and I give them cash and motherly advice about relationships and ask kinds of things. It makes me feel needed to help people and it makes me happy that I can and to help people if not financially then with my time and d my wisdom. But if you help individuals don't help those that don't check on you and are not grateful and you should be helpful and grateful to them to it should be mutual not one sided. Unless it's a stranger and you choose to help them because you're paths crossed for one special moment and you never see them again.

Are we all making out with our friends?

I’m just gonna jump straight to the point lol. I want to find friends I can makeout with. Girl friends. I’m in a loveless marriage I don’t want to get a divorce but I’m literally dying inside without someone to pour my cuddling and kissing needs into. I guess I just want to know if there’s any other moms out there that have successfully found a deep friendship with another woman that they were able to bring to the next level without actually having sex.

When do you start feeling like yourself again,my baby is 8 weeks old and i love him so much but i keep missing my old life so much, when does this become enjoyable?

Dislike of foreigner?

I don't understand. I've done nct course, didn't click with any of the mums, im doing swimming classes with the baby for 4 months, im doing baby activity classes for the past 2 months.... LO is 8 months old. Like today, 3 new mums, plus me, all had a great chat, class was over and I went on to help to clean up just to return and see the girls exchange phone numbers but none of them asked mine. I smiled and said goodbyes but I was left with this very bitter feelings. All these activities I am the only foreign mum. Everyone else is british. My english is very good. I'm polite. Kind. Happy person. I just don't understand. Have you ever come across situation like this?

Anyone got a male partner with low sex drive? Feels very rare and lonely to navigate as men usually are these horny rabbits.

Feeling so alone

Honestly feeling so alone in this season of motherhood. I don’t have a friend close enough where I can just call to have company, or to talk to about things I’m currently going through and honestly it feels really lonely. All my friends are childless travelling the world, partying etc and I’m currently pregnant with my third. I find it hard to connect with other mums tbh and I don’t know why.
