Pre-scan Anxiety

Hi! I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow with my first progressing pregnancy (have had 2 chemicals). My first scan is the next day at 6w1d and I cannot shake this anxiety that there will be nothing there at the scan. My hcg was 13,196 at 5w1d which made me feel better for a few days, but the anxiety is back in full swing as we get closer to the scan.

This part is so hard with symptoms being so slight and coming and going. Any advice is welcome 🥺

Baby is here!

My november baby came on 29th September via csection due to placenta issues.
She was born at 10:36am weighing 6lbs3oz and she is absolutely perfect 🥹🩷

Cyclizine Hydrochloride

Hi guys! Ive been suffering with really bad sickness even now at 17 weeks. Has anyone tried cyclizine for sickness and were the side effects bad? On the leaflet it does say not suitable for pregnant women but my dr has prescribed this to me

Induction

Induction booked for 40+9 which is 2 days away. I would have preferred to go into labour naturally but baby isn’t even engaged at this point and I’m really really done with being pregnant and uncomfortable.

Looking for success stories of people who have had inductions booked and then gone into labour naturally the day before? 😂

Or just any advice or encouragement as I’m a little disheartened that I probably won’t get my water birth now with being induced as I have read that people struggle with the hormone drip contractions so I am more likely to need/want an epidural or continuous monitoring 😪

Anyone else in the same boat?

I keep seeing posts/tiktoks/instagram reels saying late November babies are being born early like now early and for the last few days my braxton hicks have been terrible. I think I’m also leaking my mucus plug but not sure.

Sweep Success

Had a sweep yesterday at 9:45am, was told I was 1cm dilated and cervix was soft. I’ve since had an increase in mucus, just want to know people’s stories about sweep and their success! I had a bishops score of 4! I have another one booked for Friday 🤞🏼
