No, but I’d be calling my midwife for advice about that straight away if I did x

I've been having periods of breathlessness (although usually a lot longer than that), similarly pregnant . Mine's because of very low iron, but there are some pretty serious things that can cause it too, so please do call your midwife or the local maternity assessment unit.

This is braxton hicks, the breathlessness is from the pressure on your diaphragm x

Big baby

Has anyone else had any growth scans and been told their baby is measuring large? I am 32.4 weeks and baby 85th percentile but the head and abdomen were measuring in the 90s...

C-Section Mums

Hello mums ❤️

I’m 3 months plus postpartum, and I had my baby through a C-section.

My concern is that my lower tummy is still hanging over my C-section scar. It’s not that I look pregnant, but I have this tummy pouch that is really bothering me.

I’ve spoken to my GP, and they reassured me that everything is fine and that it should improve with time. They also advised me to try some gentle exercises.

Please, mums who experienced this after a C-section, did your tummy eventually go down? What helped you? Are there any safe exercises you would recommend?

I’d really appreciate your experiences and advice. Thank you, mums. ❤️
