So many emotions

So many emotions over everything today, trying not to put too much pressure on myself to breastfeed fully this time, but cant help but feel like I'll not succeed like last time, im not sure about actually breastfeeding or just pumping, I genuinely did not like the feeling last time but I also couldnt build my supply, I felt like a cow tryna do it all alone (I have a partner this time) nothing leaking yet and we're at 31 weeks... also the guilt because my partner is going to have to do so much with the eldest because its an elective csection, so many emotions, no idea where to put them 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m also a second time mum and I put sooooo much pressure on myself last time and a lot of professionals gave me conflicting advice and I was so stressed! This time I am going to give breastfeeding another go, get electric pumps and not feel guilty for giving formula if needed.

I am also having an elective c section and I want to enjoy the newborn bubble rather than placing so much pressure on myself and causing stress! You may need your partner to do more initially but the less you do, the faster you will recover. If you feel guilt and pressure yourself to do more, your recovery will likely be longer.

Enjoy snuggles and film days with your newborn and first born ❤️these days will be gone in a flash!

Mounjaro

Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Tired 10 weeks postpartum mum needing reassurance from formula-feeding mums 🙏

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.

Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.

Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

Bedtime

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

Back sleeping!!

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

7 week old baby won’t sleep

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards
