Hey everyone, I’m very early along and it’s not my first pregnancy, however, last time I stopped taking my multivitamin (Elevit - which I’ve heard isn’t great anyway), as it made me sick and the morning sickness feel worse and then by the time that went away I never restarted. By the end of my first pregnancy I ended up with very low iron and had to have an iron infusion. So I’m just wondering what’s the best multivitamin or folic acid, that doesn’t make you feel sick or constipated! TIA. 😊

I used the cvs or rite aide gummy prenatal vitamins ,but I've heard good things about the 1 a day prenatal vitamins both pill and gummy.

I-Folic is great if you've got morning sickness, you'll just need to take something else for iron once you can stomach it

My pregnancy doctor recommends Natalis multivitamin or alternatively Blackmores I-FOLIC. I have severe digestive issues and find either of these good to take.

My doctor also suggested me Natalis multivitamins and they have been good on my tummy so far.

I used Purenatal and tresos natal and it was a very clean and natural. You might have to have naturopath prescribe it though

Maltofer for iron worked well for me. They have tablets or liquid (which I strangely preferred).
I don't understand. I've done nct course, didn't click with any of the mums, im doing swimming classes with the baby for 4 months, im doing baby activity classes for the past 2 months.... LO is 8 months old. Like today, 3 new mums, plus me, all had a great chat, class was over and I went on to help to clean up just to return and see the girls exchange phone numbers but none of them asked mine. I smiled and said goodbyes but I was left with this very bitter feelings. All these activities I am the only foreign mum. Everyone else is british. My english is very good. I'm polite. Kind. Happy person. I just don't understand. Have you ever come across situation like this?

Recently had a friend mast****** to me. We are both single. He looked at my face, told me I turned him on, started and then finished. We have had a sexual relationship in the past. I was fully clothed and he was watching me do something benign…I was typing on my computer. I found it to be incredibly hot. My friends have since called it selfish. Thoughts? We have had an on and off sexual dynamic for years.

My partner works in sales, often has to take clients out, wine and dine to win contracts etc.
He has a female contact from his old job who recently helped him at his current job with setting up and meeting and he is taking her out ( on the company) as a thank you.
Is it appropriate? I do know of this person for a few years and never questioned it before because I was stupid and just thought the nature of his industry and felt secure in our relationship
We recently have had a rocky 2 months in our relationship and almost broke up, im also 28 weeks pregnant. Is it appropriate?
Should I say something, I tried to suggest the other day it was not right but I didnt push to hard and so hes still meeting her tomorrow

I have a daughter from a previous relationship. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the last 3 years. I’ve been to the doctor and they did testing, and everything seems okay on my end. My husband refuses to go. He says he’d rather not know than face the reality he may be infertile. His solution: we have a threesome with another man, who consents to surrendering parental rights legally, and he puts his name on the birth certificate and we don’t tell anyone. He says this way, we’re both involved from conception. I told him this sounds ridiculous and he just needs to go to the doctor because it could be a simple solution. Still, he refuses. I told him I didn’t think he could mentally handle it, as he can get jealous sometimes. He promised he wouldn’t since the intent is a baby and it’s consensual, so I wouldn’t be cheating. Recently he’s been watching 2 guy/1 girl porn to prove he can “get in the right headspace” and says he thinks it could be sexy/fun if we communicate with all parties involved and have a lawyer write some contracts for legal purposes so no one can try to claim rights to the child. I told him I would have concerns with people whispering behind our backs that the baby may not look like either of us, and I may get accused of cheating, but he said that shouldn’t matter because he will put anyone in their place. He also pointed out how my current daughter is not biologically his, but people always tell her she looks like him/ is “definitely” his kid. I told him I’m not sure I’m comfortable with this, and he asked me just take some time and think it over. Frankly, I just don’t want to have sex with anyone else. He’s also against artificial insemination. If we need to go that route, he would rather adopt, but our area has very strict foster rules (our first option) and private adoption is outside of our budget (our last resort).

Has anybody left their baby with someone yet? My fiancé wants us to go out for our anniversary this weekend for dinner & my mum has offered to watch my girl for a couple hours.
I have PPA & PPD but I am trying so hard to work through it, is it too soon to leave her? How did it go if you guys have done it? She is also EBF so I would need to pump so that whole situation is also in my head 😅

Curious everyone’s thoughts on this. This recently happened to me. Was seeing someone and he kissed another person at a bar. Said it was a one time thing and wasn’t really cheating. I disagreed and ended things but now I question whether it was too harsh.
