Hi ❤️
Can anyone help, I’m so torn with guilt and needing my daughter to sleep.
So my daughter is 12 months, has her cot in my room. Naps in there and goes to bed in there, I nurse her in my arms to sleep and then transfer her in to her bed. At night, she wakes up after around half an hour and then I nurse her to sleep again. After 3-4 hours when I go to sleep she usually wakes up and goes to sleep with me in my bed again nurse her, once I’m next to her she wakes up constantly to be nursed, I have tried to let her sleep in her bed but she will wake up as soon as I transfer her. Any tips ? I would love for her to sleep independently and be able to soothe herself. I have a spare room and I’m thinking if moving her would help her. Also I feel so guilty as well. Help

Hi there! I’m sorry you’re struggling. It sounds like your little one has a strong nursing to sleep association and she’s not able to connect her sleep cycles on her own. I recommend sleep training as that’s going to teach her how to fall asleep independently and she’ll be able to get back to sleep without nursing. I know it sounds intimidating but it works! If you’re not sure where to start I have a free sleep training guide. Feel free to message me if you want a copy!
