Stopping breast feeding
I decided yesterday to stop BF, my newborn is five weeks but I just find it so demanding with a toddler etc that want to switch to formula now but I am in AGONY. Omg is this normal? No one warned me I’d be in so much pain. I’ve had to sleep upright and take pain relief! How long will this last?

You might need to expess a little for comfort until your milk production stops maybe? Just to stop the engorgment
