I’m pretty sure we hit the 4 month sleep regression early… I’m currently spiraling because the internet is saying that sleep is only going to get better if I sleep train which is so overwhelming to think about. It’s also so frustrating because he WAS sleeping through the night.
We rock my son to sleep for naps and bedtime. We WERE practicing a little bit of drowsy but awake when I was home on maternity leave, but since he started daycare a few weeks ago, that went out the window.
So does it get better? Has anyone made it back to sleeping through the night without sleep training?

Going through the same thing, wakes up at 2am and then off and on almost every hour - every other sleeping from there, just a few days ago we were sleeping through the night 9pm-7am😩 We got this.
