First time sex in a while.

My husband and I had sex for the first time last night since I had the baby. The baby is 4 months now, but it’s been nearly 5 or six months (we were doing it during pregnancy). I don't understand. I've done nct course, didn't click with any of the mums, im doing swimming classes with the baby for 4 months, im doing baby activity classes for the past 2 months.... He also pointed out how my current daughter is not biologically his, but people always tell her she looks like him/ is “definitely” his kid. I told him I’m not sure I’m comfortable with this, and he asked me just take some time and think it over. Frankly, I just don’t want to have sex with anyone else. He’s also against artificial insemination. If we need to go that route, he would rather adopt, but our area has very strict foster rules (our first option) and private adoption is outside of our budget (our last resort).
