Naps!

Been at one nap since about 11/12 months

About 13 months for us. It sounds like age is ready to drop one. Try one blank around 12.30ish and see how she goes.

13 months for us but in hindsight I should’ve done it about 10/11 months.

11months we did she now naps from wakes up at 7 has a nap at 11:45-1:30 ish then goes to bed at 7:30 xx

We did it around 16/17 months.

On a good day we wake around 7, nap around 11:30/12 for 1.5-2 hours and bed around 7:30. He’s 15 months. On days with his childminder he tends to do a couple of shorter naps still as there’s a lot going on , equally if we are out in the car or pram in the morning he will fall asleep and then needs 2 naps still

We are in the depth of struggling with this. Also 15 month but constantly refusing second nap so will have his first at 10ish for an hour, wake up and be awake for hours so having hourly wake ups and early starts as massively overtired. So we have pushed for a 1 nap at 12ish and nursery have done their magic and got him down today 12:30 - 2:30 and bedtime at 7:45 so hoping for a better night!

My little boy started waking up at 8am and then having his nap at 11am-1pm and then awake till 6/7 he does this everyday now and loves it x

My son is 12 months 2 weeks and from about 11 months he went to 1 nap goes between 1.30pm/2 xx

My sons been on one nap just before he turned 1. He was fighting his afternoon naps, so he’d have his morning nap around 10:30 and I wouldn’t push it. Now he’s 16months and for the past 3 months, he has his lunch 11:30/12 and goes for a nap at 1 for anything between 1.5-2 hours. His bedtime is 7:30/8 x

All of my kids dropped to one nap before they turned one. My almost nine month old twins usually nap from 11-1 during the week and 12 to whenever on the weekends. They might take a little cat nap around 4 but that’s it. My first dropped her nap completely at 18 months and my now 2 1/2 year old rarely naps anymore.
