My baby will turn 10 months on the 26th. She has always been a great sleeper and was sleeping through the night on and off since she turned 4 months. But Ever since we hit the 8 month sleep regression we have had the worst sleep 🥲 she went through the regression, then 2 colds accompanied by 4 teeth coming through, then now apparently still teething and some growth spurt has began (I use the wonder weeks app and it’s freakishly accurate).
However I’m still wondering if it’s something more? I’m trying to stop feeding her to sleep thinking maybe it’ll help?
Is anyone else in the same boat??

We stopped feeding our little girl to sleep, when we had our 9-12 month appointment with the health visitor she said change your routine. We feed her a bottle a little earlier downstairs, then do bath/get ready for bed, stories in her room then bed awake. She said they have sleep associations so when they go into a light sleep they want what they go to sleep with which is why they struggle to go back to sleep. Obviously every baby is different but this has worked for us 🥰
