Ok not being rude or anything i know venting is healthy for you!!

But sometimes is so depressing to read all this posts about how a guy is manipulating, abusing, taking advantage of, or doing things and constantly reading - not because he said - - he did - -im feeling so sad- like i get it we can be caught up on situations but no-one ever stand up? I mean sometimes i want to read something encouraging like you did something on the situation not only like you saw, heard, or just sat down and didn’t do nothing did not say anything.

Pd: im saying this because the constantly post about how they (men) did all this and you just sat and didn’t say anything.
Not saying nobody’s lying, not saying is anybodys fault, im not saying stop posting, but come one start like saying something to those men cause it cant be possible !

Men gaze?

Anyone else’s husband very vocal about not liking the “plastic” look? Like everytime he sees a girl with lip injections or heavy makeup up he’s just like “ I don’t know how people like that. It’s not attractive to have all that crap going on”. But like all these of models and junk are all plastic 😅 he dosnt do any of that but I know ALOT of men do. Like I believe him but sometimes I wish I could look more like some of them because my lips are thin and after kids my boobs are saggy but he insists that he loves my body the way it is. Idk just thinking

Another toddler keeps hitting my child at a public activity — how should I handle it?

We go to this rhyme time with our kid. There’s a child there who hit my child before. Both of them are two years old, and last time he pushed my kid to the ground. He keeps trying to hit him. His mom does try to hold him back, but today we ran into them again and he hit my child with a book.

I noticed that the mom is trying, but she’s very soft and gentle about it. Every time this happens I get really stressed and I don’t know what to do. I try to keep my child away, but she can’t seem to keep her child far enough from mine.

Honestly, I’m really upset, angry, and tired. I already come to this activity hoping to relax a bit while my child plays, but when things like this happen it just makes me more stressed. If this happened to your child, what would you do? How would you talk to the other mom?

Because I feel like she’s not really warning him or holding him back enough, and this is the third time her child has hit mine.

Such a weird and random question but when did everyone start feeding their babies wotsits etc. according to google not advised under 12m

I don’t like my toddler.

My little one was a easy baby. So loving. Even entering toddlerhood the big feelings moments were not nearly as horrible as they are now. She listens well and we hardly have to repeat ourselves until she says okay mommy or daddy. This past week her behavior has been horrible. She is giving me nasty looks when I am smiling at her. She crosses her arms at me. She screams at the top of her lungs saying go away, leave me alone, no, etc. We have her in preschool half time and her teachers have no complaints, she is always very passive and friendly. To top it off, she hits me so much. She will dig her nails into my arms and swing her arms and hit me. She will also use her head to try to hit me when I hold her arms at her side to try to stop the hitting. We never spank her back and we are firm with her on timeouts but even that she will fight so hard whereas before she would go and sit down on timeout no issues. She is turning 3 in the summer. I’m at a loss as to why she is acting so out of the ordinary. I want to chalk it up to be developmentally normal but there are zero sweet moments with her now. Even when she sits with me she will look at me and clench her jaw and push her head really hard into me or only want her dad. I just want to cry cuz I feel guilty for feeling like I don’t like her at all. I’ll always love her but it’s like the sweet kind cuddly girl she was has been possessed by this feral mean abusive toddler. Please help me, am I alone in this? Are there any other moms going through this because for some reason when I talk about this with other moms they are all shocked that she knows to hit and thinking that we showed her the hitting. Why the hell would I expose her to hitting?! I only have one mom friend who said her child also hits and it was not like she was taught that, kids just do that right? I’m at a loss.

Feel like I hate my husband

Is this me and our relationship has gone south or is tgjs a common thing !
Honestly feel like I hate my husband , we never really argued and now I feel like we always do , I’m fed up of it & don’t want to feel like this any more 🙈

TV time

Yes it’s not recommended but my little girl is 2 I live alone and use tv time to get housework done. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for educational shows on YouTube or Disney. My niece is 24 days older than my daughter and watches tv 24/7 can count to 10 and say the alphabet. My daughter can’t do any of that. And I know we shouldn’t compare but it just makes me feel awful
