We have started with a more gentle method. 1st we read lots of potty books then just got her used to sitting on the potty. We also did a lot of nappy free time and all of a sudden 1 weekend she decided to go for it about 3 weeks ago. 1st 2 weeks she was only telling us as she was going and we had only accidents at Nursery. This last week she is telling us before she going. Don't get me wrong there has been multiple accidents a day but mostly just wees so we dont mind and she is definitely making progress she likes to tell us regular potty sits never worked for us.
Also we still do nappies for meal times, sleep and out and about. Once we get little to no accidents outside these times we will remove nappy at meal times and out and about. Then sleep when she us developmently ready and staying dry over night.

Your daughter is definitely ready. I would say the big thing is them being comfortable to sit on the potty and expect slow progress and accidents at this age. I would say if you can have your daughter at home and no nappy on she will learn that wee feeling. I dont think they know what it is when they are in a nappy. My daughter can now tell me though.
My aim is for my daughter to be out of day time nappies by 2 which following her lead shes making huge progress towards.
Also have lots of Kickers and spare leggings. Got a huge bundle of leggings off vinted and they have been a lifesaver.
Any dirties empty solids into the toilet then bag them in the washing machine. Put them through on a rinse program them follow your normal wash routine. Everything comes out

Also to introduce the potty I sat her on it at transition times . 1st thing in the morning, 10-15m after meal times and large drinks, then before bath/bed. If she finds it overwhelming to begin with try super short sits 5s then work upwards as she gets comfortable we read lots of books and sang songs on the potty.
