Hello ladies, my nearly 8 month old has finally started sleeping through the night 7:30 ish -6am however the past two mornings he has woke at 4:40 and 5:40. Whilst I know this is still amazing so please know I am absolutely not moaning but seems far too early to start the day.
He is only having two naps a day however with the earlier wake up he’s requiring more and I’m struggling to fit them in around my 4 year old!
Any advice on how to tweak/ change this so he at least sleeps until 6 ish??

I was finding this and think its to do with the light coming into the bedroom. Ive bought blackout blinds and used the last 2 nights and have got to 6.40 both mornings now. Could it be the light in your room?

This could actually be a factor!
