Get a blender. She can basically eat whatever u eat if u blend it up.

My 10 month old eats chicken, cheese, yogurt, bananas, strawberries, etc. We just cut them into small bite size pieces. He basically eats everything we do.

Scrambled egg good one to pick
Up easily. Boiled egg aswell, different types of potatoes. Fruit in bite sized pieces, peas, sweet corn, asparagus green beans all good finger foods x

We have blueberry baked oats and turkey meatballs currently meal prepped. Some mornings we do scrambled eggs others we do a hard boiled egg. She gets whatever we eat for dinner if it's soft enough

My baby eats whatever we're having for dinner. I just cut it up if necessary but it should be easy to mash between your fingers or small enough that it isn't a choking hazard.

Look at the solid starts app and social media for size guidance but they can eat pretty much whatever you’re eating - as long as little salt, no sugar, no honey x

At trader Joe's I get brown rice thins and lightly put peanut butter on it. They also have dried baby bananas, highly recommend. I also cut up turkey sausage with scissors.

My baby eats what and when we do. I just make sure that I cut it super small. His favorite is any kind of meat or blueberries
