Trigger warning for CSA no judgements please. I was a victim of CSA and incest which has made it very hard to me to trust my own judgements in how to properly teach them to keep their bodies safe. I get very anxious around the topic and end up avoiding it or keeping it very brief. I don't think I'm able to teach them by just talking to them, I'm looking for recommendations for maybe books, songs, or anything that can help me get through the subject with them because even googling and looking for myself makes me feel uncomfortable and uneasy, I'd feel better just looking into what other parents recommend.

There are a series of books called First Conversations and one is about consent. It's a good one to have in general but would definitely be useful to you I think!

The infamous tea video! A lot of schools use it to teach consent. It doesn’t necessarily explain anything sexual, rather the idea that it’s ok to say no. If you google “tea consent video” it should come up.
