Possible labour?

Sharp cramping for 4 hours last night . It died down & I was able to take paracetamol to try get some sleep . Lower back & lower bump, extremely painful to move positions in bed . I’ve woke up & obviously no waters etc have gone . Any advice?

Interested to see what people comment- I had the same experience last night and last labour I was induced 5 years ago and can't remember how the pains started zxxxxxxxx

Prodromal labour (start stop labour) is a really common phase before first stage of labour starts.

It can last days or a couple of weeks unfortunately, there's no way to know.

It is how my labour started last week. I had contractions between 6-12 Tuesday night and they stopped completely. Went to bed. Woke up and mucus plug came away and contractions started again at 9am. Waters broke at 5pm and in hospital from 2am. They came and went throughout the day on the Wednesday but ramped up after my waters went. Xxx

It's not false as such because it is still making early changes to your cervix ❤️ hopefully they pick back up today and keep going xxx

Infected c section scar

Hi can anyone tell me if my c section scar is infected? I can’t go to my doctors as they are shut and I really don’t want to go to urgent care as I haven’t had the best time with the hospital. I’m stressing out as I’m scared I will get sepsis. I currently have body aches however my bf has currently just had the flu but the scar burns a bit from the area I posted

Hair, weddings and illness

I’m a hairdresser and I’ve woken up sooo sick. But of course it’s my clients last hair appointment before her wedding day this Friday. We’re doing a colour and trim.
16 years and this always never gets easier for me.
On one hand I’ll battle on and come in to work. Im a true girly girl and if I didn’t have my hair done for my wedding I’d freak TF out. So I get it and it’s what makes me just power on 99% of the time. But then there’s always the omg what if I make her sick and she wakes up on her wedding day poorly and it’s all my fault.

I HATE my job for this reason. It’s a constant head f&uk

I’ll probably make myself x10 worse by not resting and it’s going probably send me into anxiety/panic attacks territory for the next few hours while I decide what I’m gonna do.

Big bump...

Is anyone watching their bump get bigger by the day knowing you still have potentially a few weeks to go and completely bricking it? Everyone keeps telling me my bump is huge.. and this isn't my first pregnancy but it's my first big 'proper' bump 😭 I'm not sure if my muscles are just loser or baby is actually that much bigger - and people keep on mentioning it and asking if i'm sure there's only 1 is giving me anxiety

Children birthdays

I dont like my children’s father and want absolutely nothing to do with him. How did yall manage childrens birthday separately? I used to do them together, but after an event that transpired, I am sooo good on being around him. My childrens bday are a week apart.
