I know what you mean, sleep is still not great with us at nearing 7 months and I'm like... When do they learn to sleep?! 🤣

We're in a vague routine & now he's recently thrown in potentially transitioning from 3 naps to 2! 😮‍💨
Have you helped your baby to learn to self settle? That in itself massively improves all sleep! Xx

Give your husband the job (if you don't have the bandwidth) of making sure you're taking vitamins, iron etc. makes such a difference to energy levels. I was neglecting it around 4-5 months and felt irritable, tired, depleted. X

I'm definitely struggling with broken sleep, my girl is a pretty good sleeper but going through a leap.

But my first no sleep at all and I couldn't do anything! Remember these days well x

How can I get these dishes done quickly

Hi! Sorry for my grammer😮‍💨
I'm not trying make excuses but I feel like I am
I have a bad hip like pinched nerve, this started when I gave birth to my youngest, 2 years old.
I have a small kitchen, I don't know how we got so many dishes, we don't have a dish washer(I wish)
I have a big tote of dishes and two sink full and a the small counter filled with dishes, most of the dishes are easy, no scrubbing mostly required, but it's the time of standing there, the more I stand there the worse my hip hurts it flares and goes up my back slowly
I want to get them done, I want to get the house clean but every time I do clean, the next day I feel like im in so much pain I can't do anything 😭

Birth

I’m shocked with how many mums are choosing to have a c-section/inductions (not for medical reasons) personally that scares me more than anything else, if you had your way what would you have?

Opinion on medication

Hey guys, so I’m currently at the hospital. My water broke and I found out I’m 3 cm dilated. They’re trying to push medication on me to rush my labor and I’m trying to go the natural route. What do you guys recommend I should do !!!
