Hi it depends what you are being referred for, we got referred following our 12 week scan and someone called us for an appointment the following week.

Hello, just wondering when everyone started to be able to do things after having a c-section. Im on day 10 and feel like I still can do much. Not able to go out and about, not bend down and do normal things. Only able to just walk about in the house.

Party invite
My daughter has been invited to a 5th birthday party which is in a hall setting . The parent said “ one parent is welcome to stay “ does this mean I have to stay ? Or it’s optional ? I don’t want to hang around if I don’t need to tbh lol has any else had the parent say this and did you stay or leave ?
