I also had sex around 3-4 weeks postpartum but I didn’t start bleeding until a few days ago at 5 and a half weeks. Could be your period, could be something more. I would still make an appointment with your OBGYN just to be on the safe side

I would say speak to your gp as the reason why they tell u to wait 6 weeks is that your more at risk for infections and possible complications due to your cervix for being fully closed and u not being fully healed so I would say call ur gp in the morning or if your in pain or if u notice any abnormal discharge or too much bleeding call 111

You’re gonna bleed regardless but you need to go to your doctor cause it can be many things or not but your at risk of infection for not waiting

So orgasmining or even having sex earlier than 6 weeks or even at 6 weeks can cause your period to come earlier sooner or come again(twice in 1 month)
