Pelvic girdle pain

It’s my second pregnant and I am SUFFERING so badly with PGP. I did pelvic physio in my first pregnancy but didn’t find it helped. I’ve got a belly band, keep my knees together whenever I can, sleep with a pillow in between my knees, so I really am trying to help myself! Walking has become so so difficult and with a 20 month old I have the worst mum guilt that I’m not able to take her out and do things like I could before. Has anyone got any tips on what I can do?

I am going through the same thing too. It’s getting worse by the week and hardly sleeping as the pain is bad in my hips at night too xx

I'm suffering too. Have you asked your midwife for physio? I did when it started about 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back.

I had this in all my pregnancies. With #2 i was on crutches at 12 weeks and a wheelchsir the last 8. It was unbearable. However I've noticed its more a hernia in my groin that's been causing the pain and this pregnancy ive had a slightly different belt which has helped massively. Im now 21 weeks and managed with just the belt. Its hard if you have a toddler but just know it wont last forever

Threatened miscarriage

So I arrived at the hospital (12 weeks pregnant) with very little bleeding (not spotting but not super heavy) it was also brown blood sorry if tmi, I was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage cause baby boy still had a heartbeat and discharged, while I was waiting for my ride back home still at the hospital, I had much heavier bleeding, so much my legs turned red, I felt multiple gushes of dark red blood. They said to follow up with Obgyn. I did my own research and found out what a subchorionic hematoma is. Has anyone had this happen and the baby turned out okay? I’m hoping for the best but preparing for the worst as I never had a miscarriage and don’t know what to expect. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance

Party invite

My daughter has been invited to a 5th birthday party which is in a hall setting . The parent said “ one parent is welcome to stay “ does this mean I have to stay ? Or it’s optional ? I don’t want to hang around if I don’t need to tbh lol has any else had the parent say this and did you stay or leave ?

For those one who had/has a doula.
Do this one helped you before and during birth?

I got a doula through the insurance but she only messaged me to ask how I am doing and discussed the birth plan.

Idk why i expected like come to visit me more and teach me about some breathing techniques etc etc..

Is that what supposed to be???
