My daughter has been invited to a 5th birthday party which is in a hall setting . The parent said “ one parent is welcome to stay “ does this mean I have to stay ? Or it’s optional ? I don’t want to hang around if I don’t need to tbh lol has any else had the parent say this and did you stay or leave ?

I personally wouldn’t leave my five year old but I would leave a 8/9 year old.
I also feel this tho because I cba interacting with other parents hahahaha xxx

Stayed. Personally wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a 5 year old alone. Maybe at 7. All parents stayed. I took that to mean can only 1 parent come rather than 2

At 5 years old you need to stay.
I find it crazy that parents leave their children with strangers. You've no idea who's at this party.
Who could follow your child into a toilet or another room.
My children are much older now and I've hosted loads and it's always shocked me people leaving their young children. I know I'm a safe person. But they don't ! If I ever needed to leave my kids me and my friends would take it in turns. She would watch my kids and I'd go, the next time she'd go, and I'd watch

I would have taken that more as please don’t bring TWO adults, rather than no adult stay. I’m in the process of planning a 5th birthday in a hall and now planning for potentially both parents of up to 30 kids to join us. It is a bit more than I bargained for.😂
Its only been 4 weeks since my c-section and i am extremely horny 😩, I’ve always had a high drive but dang i want my hubby but i know I shouldn’t and it’s sooo hard. Mind you i had an infection after my surgery 😭😭-advice

So I arrived at the hospital (12 weeks pregnant) with very little bleeding (not spotting but not super heavy) it was also brown blood sorry if tmi, I was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage cause baby boy still had a heartbeat and discharged, while I was waiting for my ride back home still at the hospital, I had much heavier bleeding, so much my legs turned red, I felt multiple gushes of dark red blood. They said to follow up with Obgyn. I did my own research and found out what a subchorionic hematoma is. Has anyone had this happen and the baby turned out okay? I’m hoping for the best but preparing for the worst as I never had a miscarriage and don’t know what to expect. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance

It’s my second pregnant and I am SUFFERING so badly with PGP. I did pelvic physio in my first pregnancy but didn’t find it helped. I’ve got a belly band, keep my knees together whenever I can, sleep with a pillow in between my knees, so I really am trying to help myself! Walking has become so so difficult and with a 20 month old I have the worst mum guilt that I’m not able to take her out and do things like I could before. Has anyone got any tips on what I can do?
