20 week scan call back

Had my 20 week scan last week and was told I have a low lying placenta with lots of scar tissue from previous c section. Was told I’d need to go back at 32 weeks for scan. Just received call from hospital saying consultant has reviewed scanphotos and needs to see me next week regarding placenta. Now I am STRESSED! Any ideas why they would call me back so soon and what it could be about ??!?

It's possible the sonographer wanted to check with the consultant before telling you, but they're likely double checking the attachment of the placenta. If you have a low placenta and previous caesarean section, there's the small risk the placenta might be attached to the scar, but this is pretty rare. Some guidelines would want the consultant to re-do the scan if the placenta is low and you have previous caesarean for this reason. The sonographer likely wanted to ask them if they wanted to see you, and that's what they'll check. I know it's scary, but don't panic before knowing anything, cause sometimes rechecking is just the rule to be safe, it doesn't mean it's definitely on the scar! And if it is, they'll explain everything to you!

So since 1am I’ve had slight stomach pain not terrible just you know it’s there and a loose stool🙃woke my partner up saying think baby is on way but it hasn’t progressed to being any more painful just the pain is still there. So went back to sleep the pain is still there but more of an ache than contractions! So do you guys reckon this is a stomach bug or early labour? I feel silly like I should know as this is my 3rd baby but I only went in to natural labour with my first which was nearly 10 years ago😳was induced with my second

Private room at Frimley park hospital/ park side

Hi! Has anyone stayed in a private room in park side or on the postnatal ward at FPH and know whether this is possible after a c-section? I found it really hard to relax or sleep for the 3 days I was there after having my son a few years ago because it was so noisy and busy, and would love a different experience this time 🤞🏻

C section or induction?

I’m 36 weeks pregnant with twins. Both babies weigh almost 6lbs and I’m a petite 5ft2 55kg woman - struggling to say the least!

Ive been told a VBAC isn’t advised as I’ve previously had a c section which means there’s a risk of uterine rupture so it’s best for a planned c section.

However, they’re now saying they can’t fit me in until the day before I’m 38 weeks pregnant OR they can offer me an induction next Thursday!??? This seems to be really contradictory of their advice and I’ve no idea what to do.

On the one hand I’m so uncomfortable I just want them out, I’m not sleeping. But on the other hand I don’t want a VBAC or emergency c section.

Any ideas on what to do?

Plz share conspiracy theories

Ok just for fun I love following “conspiracy theories” cuz let’s face it the world is crazy always has been always will be. Any how .. I keep hearing about a food shortage , ag workers are worried .. I have this theory that the recent ozempic trends are intentional. so the public sees and wants to follow the celebs and get skinny like ariana grande, the stores are marketing protein everything and now fiber everything adding to the weight loss trends not to mention getting the public used to MRE foods, so when the shortage hits the news , the public won’t panic since they have already been used to being malnourished

Active labor?!

Todays my due date and I had a membrane sweep at 2:30. I went for a walk for like 30 minutes after and now I’ve been having bad contractions. They are lasting 30-40 seconds and happening every 1-2 minutes for like an hour. Is this active labor? The pain is pretty bad
