Weight loss-Bra/Shoe suggestions

I have lost 15Ibs and still have 45 more to go. I have been doing really good so far with eating smaller portions and walking 6.50 miles a week. I want to start jogging but cannot find the right sports bra to provide good support. I wear a 42G, the ones I find at stores are usually stretched and loose after a week, they also do not fully cover me near the bottom. Any suggestions to sports bras that would be full coverage that would push them up while keeping them in place so I don’t strain my back and shoulders? I usually get a 3X, another issue being is that I got a pear shaped body so it fits too loose underneath my boobs. I am also looking for good shoe suggestions, I broke my leg almost two years ago and I have a rod and pins in my leg, I have found comfort in platform shoes but cannot find a good pair of tennis shoes anymore.

Sleep consultants- are they actually worth it?

For anyone who has had a sleep consultant to help with your babies sleep, I want honest opinions are they actually worth it, or are they a waste of money? I’ve seen that it works for some mamas but then not so much for others but I am really at a loss where to go next and what to do. My 14 month old has never been a great sleeper and if anything we are just constantly going backwards rather than forwards and it’s honestly killing me. It’s affecting my mental/work/physical health. I’m a single mum too so I’m the one who’s surviving on constant broken sleep.

I don’t want to do any harsh methods like cry it out or the Ferber method, so do I get a sleep consultant? I’d love to hear other people’s stories who’s had one and did it honestly help them?

Hating every bit of newborn and pp

Don’t judge me.

FTM and I’m finding it too difficult to adjust to this newborn and pp phase. I am in constant anxiety about producing enough breast milk for her. I rush her back to sleep and in constant awareness that she’ll wake up and ask feeds. I’m also using 1-2 feeds of formula milk. Breastfeeds has become an anxious task for me and I’m not enjoying the baby.

I hope this phase is temporary and it will pass. Currently 2.5 weeks postpartum.

My baby won’t sleep in the next to me

Any tips/tricks? The second she gets in it she’s screaming. I’ve tried not moving my hands away until she’s settled but she instantly cries. I’ve tried waiting until she’s a sleep and then transferring her but she knowwssss.

She’ll sleep lovely anywhere else. Do I accept defeat and order a Moses basket?

20 month old holding pee overnight

The last 3-4 days I have woken up to bone dry nappies. I have consciously been trying to get her to consume more water and she is acting herself so I don’t have a feeling anything is “wrong”, she has also been having wet nappies in the day. Is this normal for this age?

Is a rockit worth it?

Baby will immediately wake up as soon as I stop walking/moving the pram. Does the rockit really work? Just want some opinions as they’re so expensive!

How do you handle playdates at other peoples house ?

Recently became good friends with a neighbor her daughter is a little over 2.5 years old and mine is a little over 1.5 years old. When we go over she sometimes plays videos which is fine but I really try to be mindful what I play for my daughter. For example she plays a lot of those annoying YouTube videos like baby shark etc. and idk how to tell her to turn it off or change it?? I just kept asking what else she likes to watch 😂 but also her daughter is on a completely different sleep schedule than mine. Her daughter doesn’t sleep till like 2am and will nap at like 5 or 6pm so she’s not up in the mornings and when we are and we end up playing later which means her daughter slips her nap or just takes it when we leave at like 8pm. But I feel bad cause she will cook but it won’t be done until late and then my daughter goes to bed late which I really hate.. but I don’t want to be rude when she’s cooking for us and inviting us 🤦‍♀️ idk am I overreacting?
