Can you take naps with her on you and your partner stays awake to keep a watch, if you’re worried? That’s what I had to do because I had a family of snorers next to me and didn’t sleep a wink that first night!

Once you’re home, you’ll be able to adapt to your own routine since you’ll be in your own environment. Being in the hospital is absolutely chaos especially being around other families. Hopefully you’ll be able to get the sleep you need and slowly settle into a routine x

Want to give up on breastfeeding

Please give me some encouragement to keep going 😭 I love feeding my baby at breast I love bonding with him, but lately it has been a nightmare. As we are approaching week 4 he has started to have trouble. He will latch initially, then when I burp him halfway through he will not go back on my breast. (I burp him hallway through because he gets gassy.) Even with the breast literally in his mouth he is still screaming and giving hunger cues and I don’t know what to do!! I know it is probably trapped gas but even after he burps and spits up some he still does this. But he doesn’t do this when we bottle feed him. I’m torn between trying to push through or just switching to pumping 😭

Urghh!

My 10 month old was just stirring in his cot and my husband walked in the room after work and went near him staring at him and he woke up completely, he asked if he can take him to bed which at this time i usually do anyway, then I change nappy usually and feed and he falls asleep. But because he saw him he got hyped up and now it’s been awake for an hour and half and just gone to sleep but my husband fell asleep long before snoring away! I’m so freaking mad! It’s nearly 3am

Night light

How do you see your baby in the night? We have a bedside light on but it feels excessive. We have a gro egg and we can't really see her with this. Any advice on what would be better?

Older child copying younger

I’ve a 29 month old. Speech is so good, she sings and she communicates so well.

I’ve also a 9 month old, she does mama dada but also obviously loads of baby noises.

29mo has started to copy baby, using less and less words. Which is driving me crazy.

Is this normal???
