Trouble conceiving second baby

I have a 2 1/2 year old boy who we very thankfully and luckily conceived on the very first try when I was 32 years old.
We are trying again 2 1/2 years later with no luck. I have regular cycles of about 28 days and I am showing signs of ovulating and we are having intercourse on and around those days.
Anyone else experience this? I guess I’m just disappointed and puzzled because the first time was so easy.

We started trying to conceive at 27 and didn't until I was 31. My labs were good and so were my husband's, cycle was regular, we were watching diets to support and staying active.

Honestly I think it was my blood work and iron infusions because I got pregnant the first cycle after my first infusion. My CBC looked great, enough platelets and rbc, but it took deeper testing on ferretin and iron saturation to see that my cells were only carrying 2% and by iron binding capacity was extremely high with low reserves of iron. Even if I wanted to my body was not in a place to maintain a pregnancy without neutral tube defects and miscarriages.

I was angry it took so long to pinpoint, had to advocate for a specialist because there was no reason based on surface level labs given that I was taking iron supplements as well. I always bring this up because it nearly ended our journey for a second, and I conceived my 3rd and final baby after my next iron infusion round postpartum 🙏🏼 anemia is so normalized but..

It can definitely be the source of issues in conceiving if you've ruled out your hormones and your husband's sperm count/quality.

Conceived our first first try no problem, 2nd time took 3 months I had to stop nursing and now pregnant with my 3rd took us about a year no idea why. Around ovulation when we conceived I went and had a lymphatic massage not sure if that helped but that was the cycle we conceived! I did get an ultrasound and there was a small cyst and was about to book an appt for an HSG to check if my fallopian tubes were blocked.

Have you ever suspected a relative or close friend as being a child predator?

What were the red flags/signs that led you to feel that way? What did you do?

I have a relative who I have never left alone with my child even for a minute as I don't trust him due to his odd behaviour and constant need to try and get my child alone (have never allowed it) and a need for various forms of physical touch - all "innocent" but it is relentless and I feel exhausted after he visits from monitoring the situation the whole time. Anyone else gone through this?

Fainting

So I had my first midwife appointment the other day and fainted for the first time when they took my blood. I’ve never fainted brand wondered if this was normal whe being pregnant?
I’ve also got my 12 week scan next week and they said about measuring the baby for Down syndrome and other stuff but I can’t remember if they said they would take more blood? which I’m now a bit nervous about .

Thoughts

Help? Unsure what to think until I can get another test tomorrow, I'm 5 days late which is exactly when I found out with my baby girl who is now 3

Has anyone had a good embryo outcome without making lifestyle changes?

I am very lucky to have a gorgeous daughter, I’ve undergone 4 rounds of egg freezing and for a good year and a half I made a lot of lifestyle changes.

One day I would love an opportunity to have a second baby, my amh is really low for my age (I was 33 last month and my amh is 1.3 pmol) but the idea of giving up things I love makes me miserable (getting my nails done, running, having a couple of glasses of wine every week, scented candles and bubble baths, FABRIC SOFTENER) I guess I was wondering if anyone had good embryo outcomes without giving up everything.

I understand logically if I’m not ready to just wait but annoyingly, time is not on my side so I was hoping there might be some success stories 😅
