HELP! C-section and postpartum preeclampsia

Hello ladies! I will be 10 months post partum June 5th.
I had an emergency c section due to the baby being stressed. (I had Covid and was extremely dehydrated.
I just found out I’m pregnant again. Has anyone had or is going through a similar experience? I’m very scared to develop preeclampsia or postpartum preeclampsia again, I’m hoping I can do VBAC but idk how likely that will be since I am less than a year postpartum. I will be going to my first appointment this week but I would like to hear other’s experience with this.

I had preeclampsia with both my pregnancies and had a C-section the first time and a vbac the second but my second I had at 34 week because of the preeclampsia this time I was more prepared because the chances of me having it again was very high due to having the same baby father the doctor said so I was a little less worried but I was a high risk pregnancy this time and had other things go wrong but don’t let that scare you at all you got this

Baby girl is here 🩷

Had my 2nd little girl Molly-Roux who was due the 1st June but she came on Friday the 15th May at 11:41am weighing 6lbs 13oz at 37 +4…she decided she wanted to have the same birthday as mommy.

Both me and baby are doing well. Her big sister is obsessed with her 🩷 can’t wait to see the arrival of everyone else’s babies good luck ladies 🥰

Back pain and induced labour

Just had my 34 week midwife appointment (been referred for an urgent scan as baby is measuring a little too big) but, my midwife has suggested advocating for a induction from 37 weeks due to my severe back pain. I have scoliosis and struggling to leave the house without being in excruciating pain. I’m not completely against the idea but want to hear opinions of others on induction! Please nothing too scary :( x

Is surgery and recovery from a planned csection is better than an emergency one or the same?

Elaborate if you want. I had an emergency cs with my first and an emergency cs with my second after a failed vbac. I want a third baby and its gonna be a planned cs (i dont think any doctor would let me do a tolac again) so i was wondering if the experience is different/better. Thanks

C section scar defect affecting fertility

From my c section, it turns out I have a scar defect/isthmocele showing on pelvic ultrasound. This is where a pouch forms in the scar in the uterus, collecting blood, causing me post menstrual spotting and most heartbreakingly this can lead to secondary infertility. Consultant has currently said to wait a few more months and then a combined laparoscopy/hysteroscopy procedure would be needed to treat the defect to restore my fertility. It’s quite common and not something I realised before opting for a c section not induction! Has anyone else had the surgery and got pregnant after?

Private births

Has anyone had a private birth experience? Particularly an induction? I am looking at going to the Portland Hospital for a 38 week induction and wondering what people's experiences have been.

Small baby

I had my 31 week scan today and was told that my baby is on a small side. I didn't worry about that at all tbh as my husband was born small too so maybe runs in a family. I also had all tests for any genetical issues but all were negative.
Maternity Unit was really good they checked baby's heartbeat and set another scan in two weeks time.
I felt reassured, but now I started doing some research and reading (I know, not the most clever thing to do) and I'm now worried.
Should I worry? Or is it still early?
He has been moving a lot today and oh I get the most awful Braxton Hicks fairly few times a day .. ...
