Rolling?

I know this has been asked before but I wanted to canvas you all for an update on our babies and rolling now we’re 6 months in. My boy can roll front to back but has no interest in rolling back to front… don’t know if I should be concerned.

Is capable of rolling both ways, but I'm not sure she's realised how useful it is yet.

Mine has only gone front to back twice and has had no further interest in doing it! She much prefers sitting up which she can fo super well! I have tried many tips for getting her to roll but if anyone has any suggestions im all ears! X

my little man is 2 months!!

my baby boy has hit 2 months and it makes me soo emotional just thinking about how fast the time is passing by. he’s such a happy, smiley boy… and while his reflux and weight gain issues have been a struggle, he’s still growing big and strong, even if it’s at a slower pace. mommy loves you, callan! one day, you’ll move mountains. i just know it. 🩵

SGA advice please

Hi all.
Last week at my 31 week midwife appointment, we found that baby was measuring lower than average so was sent for a scan yesterday. They have now found that baby is measuring on the 4th percentile and so I will need to go for weekly scans to monitor baby.
Up until now we have been really lucky to have had a smooth pregnancy without any complications and so I know it's common for this to happen, I am still feeling scared and upset as a first time mum.
Just reaching out to see if anyone else is going through the same. ❤️

Help

How long and how often did you rely on help from friends or family after your c section?

Kids birthday parties

Do you think a 3pm–5pm party is too late for a 6th birthday on a non-school night?

Length of hospital stay after c section

Had my DCDA twins yesterday at 2.30pm. Both cold when they left theatre, 1 was 35 degrees Celsius and the other wasn’t even reading on the thermometers.

They are now maintaining their temps so there is talk about us going home.

However, what about mum!? I am in sooo much pain and even after dihydracodine, paracetamol, ibuprofen and Oromorph on board I can’t stand up straight. They said it’s worse pain with a rpt Caesar because of the build up of scar tissue. They also can’t send me home with oromorph so I’ll be a pain killer down.

They have removed the urinary catheter but I can barely stagger to the toilet.

How long did you guys have to stay in hospital for? I’ve got a 2.5 year old at home who will just want to climb all over me and I’m so scared!

I haven’t slept because of the pain :(
