My baby is 4 months old now. I have not lost 1lb of my pregnancy weight and I'd like to fit back into my clothes one day π. I'm curious what you other EBF mums eat generally to reflect on whether I am eating enough or the right things.

I ordered meal preps so I donβt have to worry about time constraints with my baby and cooking. Before that I solely lived off biscuits, toast and hummus π€£

I think your body naturally holds onto fat stores whilst your breastfeeding, some hormone makes it do it. Days I didn't eat enough I noticed it on my milk supply! Brekky I have oats with Chia seeds and fruit (and almond milk because CMPA). Lunch coconut yogurt with chia or flax seeds, honey and granola. Snacks are bananas and oreos. I know how downhearted it can make you feel, but if you're little one is getting enough and gaining then that is all that matters β€οΈπ always next year for that summer bod π high protein and daily walks are probably your best bet xx
