Struggling sleep

No tips really but how are her naps? Ive just gone from 4 to 3 a day and shes better at the moment xx

Sounds like shes overtired. I have to hit the sweet spot with my 10.5 month old otherwise shes a nightmare to get over 🫣 sometimes if shes crying bad i take her outside for a few minutes, then try again. Fresh air seems to be a factory reset 🤣 xx

I’m going though the same thing with my 10 week old!
She only takes short power naps if I put her in the carrier. Nothing else seems to settle her
Sleeps around 8pm and then doesn’t wake up till morning
