How much solids are you giving your little one?
I feel there is so much conflicting information out there that I dont know if I am doing right from wrong...
My little one has 3 meals and a small snack a day and an average of 760ml of milk a day across 4 feeds.
Am I over feeding??? Should I give less solids and more milk?
I did a class with the baby academy and am following their guidance but NHS guidance is different....
I will be speaking to my GP about this on Tuesday as I have other things i need to discuss too but just wanted to get an idea from here if I am over feeding... š¤·š¼āāļøš¤·š¼āāļø

How old is your little one?
I feed my LO 9oz formula when she wakes up at around 7am then she has a weetabix about 9am then shortly after she naps, she will then have some lunch around 12/1pm which usually consists of half a sandwich or a small wrap with some cheese spread of something and some fruit or veg sticks on the side, then has a 6oz bottle around 2:30pm but doesnāt always drink it all then will have dinner around 5pm with a final 9oz bottle at bedtime around 7pm

Donāt feel too stressed as every baby is different and some need more food and others need less x

so until 12 months milk is still your babies main form of nutrition, so food shouldnāt be replacing feeds and should be complimentary- however i exclusively breastfeed and am doing baby led weaning so because its finger food not puree he doesnāt really eat much of it anyway so i do 3 small meals. this is just what im doing, you know your baby and all babies are different- my little man is a little and often kinda guy and always has been, my friends baby likes one big meal and calls it a day. i feed milk on demand (im not sure much about formula) hope this was helpful at all
