She does this several times a night and just starting doing it this last week. Sometime the poor things moves so much she wakes herself up. She does this even when swaddled (she just looks like a worm 😅) is this just active sleep, or her reflex? How do I stop this or is this something she’ll just grow out of?

That is definitely active sleep and something she will grow out of. My little boy did it until he was about 4 months and then stopped. It doesn't happen every night and unfortunately they do wake themselves back up but, shouldn't take too much to settle. Also she's adorable. You also don't want to pick her up while she is doing it, its just her brain being active also wait a little bit when she starts crying because its possible she's just still sleeping. I recommend looking up active sleep for a bit more information but, this is absolutely and completely normal.

Is she gassy? If not then it could be regular active sleep. She may need to be swaddled a littler tighter, she is adorable 🥰

Have you tried sleep sacs ? After my little one became active around that age we stopped swaddling because when she’d wake up , we would often see the blanket on her face so it wasn’t worth it.

So cute! Try the love to dream swaddles they are really good for this in my opinion

My guys moves so much (and is SO big) we moved him into his crib so he wouldn’t wake himself up! And now on a really good night he has slept for 10 hours with two dream feeds. He is 7 weeks on Monday, 13lbs and 2 feet long already.

Mine dose this when searching for boob xx

Oh treasure it! Active sleep videos are my favorite ones to go back to now that hes a tot. Super normal and little swaddle worm wiggles are the best!

My 7 week old does the same exact thing!!
