Does this nappy look to big?

He’s just in the size bracket for the pampers and I haven’t really used them before and bit of poop came out of the top of the back.

Not sure whether it’s right or not but I always got told that the two tag bits that you fasten at the front shouldn’t be crossing over so maybe a bit too big if there crossing over completely? I thought they had to sit either side of the number in the middle if that makes sense, does the nappy sit ok if you loosen the tag bits slightly or not?. The length looks a good size though so not sure!

If nappy leaks it’s time to size up x
Doesn’t look big to me.

I think the nappy size looks fine I’d just loosen the tabs a bit

It looks tight around their bellys. It should fit comfortably. I dont think it looks big.

I don't think the tabs should be overlapping, usually a sign it's too big.

Safe sleeping for newborns

I’ve done so much research around safe sleeping in newborns but just don’t know what to do? Whats everyone’s preferences with sleeping? Cellular blankets? Swaddles? Sleep sacks?

I think I’m really over thinking it and worrying about the weather

UNPOPULAR OPINION

I know they tell you not to let baby sleep on their stomach but it’s honestly the only position baby girl prefers to sleep in. When she’s on her back she’s restless and doesn’t sleep very well at all. Please tell me I’m not the only one🫣

I got the ick, am I terrible?

I’ve been getting the ick from mother in law and really wish I wouldn’t!

I’m 7mos postpartum and it’s still just as strong as when I was freshly postpartum but I’d been shoving it down hoping it’d disappear. It’s to the point where I wash everything after she holds baby and want to bathe her right after but worried I’d offend my husband. She kisses her so much, like keeps her lips on her when she’s holding her, and I’ve never told her not to but it drives me crazy and now she’s given her a nickname that’s after her own name (she’s named after the women in my family so it feels weirdly personal).

Am I just hormonal af???

I can’t believe she’s almost 4 months!

The feeling of doom, the sundown scaries, the anxiety, the ‘what have I done’ feeling… is all slowly coming to an end. It was rough the first few weeks. But I guess people were right when they said ‘everything’ will be ok with time. It’s not 100% easier, just more tolerable as baby is learning to communicate in ways she knows how without crying constantly. I’m slowly learning her cues and she’s showing more of a personality which is making this a bit more pleasant.
I can’t believe I’ve come this far with her. And how healthy and happy she looks.

Sorry guys, it’s just been a very LONG few months with a baby that had bad reflux.

Bedtime Routine

My LO is just over 6 weeks old and we’ve found she’s starting sleeping about 7-8 hour stretches at night. We have always fed on demand and never set any routine but she seems to have settled into a routine of feeding about 6/7pm and then will wake about 2/3am and then go again for another 4 hours.

How can I adjust her bedtime so she goes to sleep about 9/10pm so we can get an undisturbed night sleep.

I know we are so lucky for her to have this routine this early but would like to see if possible to move her routine back.
