Does this look like teething?
Baby has turned 4 months this week… she is inconsolable and is pulling on one ear😥(gnawing and dribbling too but that’s typical for her).
I can’t feel any obvious teeth, and she hasn’t got a fever 🤷♀️

Mine is the same but I think it’s more then exploring their body and finding their hands and ears

Usually pulling on one ear means an ear infection. You can press a luke warm rag to ear for about a minute. If she gets a fever, has redness in her ear or becomes more uncomfortable I would make a doctor's appointment. My eldest son had several ear infections as a baby and teething did make them worse. If her gums feel hard or bumpy that means teeth are starting to come in.

My daughter never pulled her ears when teething just when she had a ear infection with no temperature either which I didn’t realise until I took her doctors as she wasn’t 100% and they confirmed an ear infection. They don’t always have a temperature with it so if you’re worried ring 111 and see what they recommend x

That doesnt look like teething to me and it would be unusual for the first tooth to come through there x
