Do you take vitamins daily?

How about using punctuation? It would be easier to red. Also, it's tired, energized

Girl I been there for long time! Honestly it could be a lot of things like me - I've tried a lot too.
1. Mental health/healing from mental health can definitely cause your body to be tired to "catch up"
2. Gut health - when I started eating anti inflammatory stuff more, I definitely did not feel groggy AT ALL. Life changing. Crazy
3. Vitamins, probiotics, played such such a huge role. Sometimes stuff like this though takes 2 weeks or more for you to really start feeling it.
4. Exercise - I noticed when I had a career change somehow my energy just went up bcuz of mental shift/physical body moving shift. Less worrying, focus on happy things, and just move on instinct on what you know you need to do.
5. Low impact exercise helped me more but this would depend on your body type, cortisol levels, etc.

If you're not sure, I definitely recommend tcm/traditional Chinese medicine. They take physical, possibly hormones, gut health, exercise, all of that into account and pick out a good routine suited for you. ❤️ Gl

Another May baby!

Little man made his entrance a few days earlier than planned via cat 3 section because of GD causing placenta issues. He’s been hanging out on a blue light bed for a few days but seems to be much better now and jaundice has cleared. I know lots of people have worries about not expressing colostrum beforehand and I did too- I went into this having failed to express anything and a lot of reasons why my baby would need it. The second he was born I was able to express what he needed for his sugars and he’s been ebf since without an issue. Excited to see the rest of the babies make their appearances!!

Early scan

Needed an early scan for peace of mind that everything is progressing well!
Not a great deal to see as everything is still so small but the heart beat was fluttering away 😍
Measuring 6+4

Naturally inducing labour?

I know lots of people have posted about this already but I needed to make my own because I’m low key freaking out.
I just saw the consultant, she said everything is looking great except my blood pressure is a little high and my BMI is high. She said that I need to go to a day assessment clinic once a week to be monitored for my blood pressure and to keep an eye on any swelling etc.
She also says she advises I be induced between 39 and 40 weeks.

What old wives tales can I try to make sure I don’t need the induction? 🙃
Any other advice?

(I know everyone says “just say no” but if it’s medically necessary I don’t feel like I should say no 🤷🏻‍♀️)
